“Hair cut could be much better, but what will keep us away from this salon is the bad behavior of the barbers. They kept talking rubbish about us (we were three, all children under 13) while we were sitting in their chairs "suffering" their haircuts. They thought (wrongly) that we could not understand Kinyarwanda because we are muzungu or metisse and kept insulting and laughing at us in our faces. The young lady at the reception is cute and polite though.”
“I asked for a blow dry and they said they could do it, kept me waiting for 45 minutes, then asked me to go elsewhere because they don’t do natural hair. Very disappointing for an African salon in Africa in 2023”
