“Customer sales personnel are not at all well informed - mechanics are great. I was told by the desk attendants that they could mount my new R20 tires if I purchased them from another vendor (they do not stock R20s). The price would be 60,000 per tire. Fine. When I arrived the next day with the tires, I was told they could not mount the R20 tires because their machine only accommodates R19 sizes. Waste of everyone's time!”
