“AVOID gynecologist Dr. Amr Beshir. WORST doctor I've ever had. I went in for a routine pap smear and he claimed to be an expert, but was extremely rough with his hands. He performed extra, unnecessary procedures I did not request including an ultrasound and recommended a costly $500 USD invasive procedure to be performed right away. And he did not provide me essential, standard paperwork for my procedures. My gut told me to seek a second opinion with another hospital - it turned out to be a small fibroid that was normal. He was very unprofessional as well - he harassed me through Whatsapp to come to the hospital for unrelated reasons and I said no. Choose a different gynecologist. However, for a different procedure, enterologist Dr. Petronille was very professional and helpful and I would recommend her.”

“The poorest service at the reception ever in my life. It is today June 16/06/2021. It was my first time here at BAHo international Hospital. I got the poorest service at the reception. Your service is poor than the public Hospital yet they are the one with more than enough people. Ever in my life it is the first time I received a very very poor services in private hospital. Dear Leaders, please supervise people at the reception their service is very slow they don’t care about us. I am so frustrated by you at all. I have even asked the young lady at the reception a name but she didn’t want to let me know because she knew how bad she tread me. It got there at 8:30 I decide to leave here 10:17 without any service. This is very bad please take care of your patient”

“The customer support at the consultation department is great. The buildings are nice. And it has a restaurant too. Haven't been to the restaurant but it's a plus. I liked you can pay with the Visa card. They sometimes have specialists from India to consult and diagnose special cases of illnesses.”

“They will convince you of providing certain services make you pay to later come back and make excuses that the services you are looking for they no longer offer it. This happened a week ago when they told me they could do a Covid PCR test after I waiting for hours they told me the system doesn’t work anymore, this was very unprofessional.”
