“Yesterday, February 16 my child was in Sawa City Remera with my assistant. They were on their way to a wedding introduction and stopped to get snacks. My child’s dress which had a wide skirt got caught on a bottle of liquor on a low shelf and bottle tipped and broke. NO. They were not in there for alcohol. My assistant paid for the bottle which she was told was 35,000. My issue is the rudeness of the employees and the accusation of one employee stating that she did it on purpose despite my child saying repeatedly it was an accident and apologizing. They also didn’t realize that my child speaks Kinyarwanda fluently. Learn customer care and learn how to deal with people! We have shopped in this store MANY times over the years and accidents happen. We will not shop in this branch again.”
