“This is an absolutely great place to have a meal in Kigali. Located on three fourth floor of Urban Hotel, three Dky Lounge is an ideal place to chill at the end of the day, whether you go for dinner or just some drinks. I had dinner here one night, and my experience was very good. I ordered minestrone soup with African beef curry. Both were tasty. The only thing was that the rice was of a very small portion, and there needs to be some basic items on every table, like tissues, which were missing, and I had to ask. Other than this, everything was good.”

“Great view of the city!!! We have been to the restaurant but not to the lounge and I have to say that service was great. We just had drinks with a friend visiting Kigali and we enjoyed an hour of conversation and great view. Highly recommended for a drink at night!!!”

“to be honest, I'm not happy with the service, people are so embarrassing and security guards do not care about the guest I'm so upset. I paid VIP place thinking that I will be secured and ok but people from ordinary space can just interrupt you as that .. ooh God...maybe it's my first time to feel upset. 😭😡🤮”
